Conditions For The Dream Home Plan
1. Client must be under contract with Finest Events for musical
entertainment or party planning.

2. Client must be under contract with Finest Events Preferred Real Estate
or Mortgage Broker to Buy, Sell or Finance a home by the time their
affair takes place.

3. It is agreed and understood that the client's purchase of real estate
takes place on or before 30 days after the event date.

4. The client will receive a refund for the appropriate amount from Finest
Events if the purchase takes place after their event date. Otherwise, the
client is not eligible for a refund unless negotiated with Finest Events

5. Additional time frames may be negotiated between the client and Finest
Events
