My name is John Jay and I am the owner/operator of Finest Events, a full
service entertainment/production company, providing Disc Jockeys, Bands,

My love of music and entertaining began during my childhood and my first
official disc jockey event was on February 14, 1982. A lot has changed since
then! I have built my service from a handful of albums to include over several
thousand Cd's, with hundreds of song artists and thousands of songs. My style
can accommodate any event because we offer a range of music that transcends
50's through 90's and of course the new millennium.

My interactive style and speaking skills have been developed as the result of
several years of attending national disc jockey conventions which have given
me an opportunity to learn and share performance techniques with other
professional DJ's around the nation.

Finest Events is held to the high standards of this professional organization
which includes:

•        Carrying Backup equipment to all shows
•        Using a legal music library
•        Ensuring proper liability insurance - which means you are insured
•        We will not sub your show to another DJ company
•        We do not pay banquet managers a commission for referring your event
•        We frequently attend conferences and conventions to stay current

The above guidelines are really nothing new because these have been our
standards and practices since the beginning!
